We had a great stay at Le Pari! I love the concept and design—it is definitely a pioneer for modern establishments in Batu Karas with solid facilities.

Highlights: • Super clean and functional space, not just aesthetic. • Admin was polite and responsive—gave us free dinner since there were only 4 of us in an 8-person unit. • Loved the modern mid-century meets industrial interior. Bonus: rooms are soundproof, which makes sleep comfy even though it’s near the main road. • AC was quiet and cold (rare gem!). • Great warm lighting—mostly soft yellow tones. • Cozy coffee shop with friendly barista. The woman that served us was really friendly and helpful! • Two pools with clean water and no strong chlorine smell.

Suggestions to improve: • Please consider adding a water dispenser (especially for large units like L1). Also, a microwave would be super useful to reduce food waste.

• Maybe separate the guest and non guest areas better? As I stayed in L1 (across from the coffee shop), some people took pictures in front of our door😂

As for cafe services it was below standard, the place and ambience was really nice no wonder it went viral on Tiktok and being one of the best recommendation either for the stay / just hanging out at the cafe. They didn’t have a very basic beverage on the Menu which is Mineral water. Ordered 2 coffee + 2 kind of pasta aglio olio and french fries while i have always… alwayss… need mineral water besides me to prevent my dry throat and guess what they didn’t even offered me A GLASS OF WATER if they didn’t sell the bottle one. But there was no effort from the waitress also the waiter guy rejected to do us a favor just for taking Picture. Maybe will try to think twice if we have another Trip...

The baternders make very good cappuccino, smooth with high quality coffee. But the chocolate milky is meager, just chocolate and a layer of milk.

The outdoor sitting is hot during the noon and afternoon time.

They insisted me to pay by card. I don't have card and I don't like this, especially foreigners always get charged more with cards because of exchange fee.

The bill includes 10% service charge and some more % tax. They didn't notify me this extra charg until I asked. This is not how business works, you have to notify the extra charges BEFORE.

I don't like the fact that a coffee stand charge 10% service charge when the coffee is already much more...
