The rooms layout are cute, but not really ideal. There's no lamp switch near the bed, so I have to go down the stairs and switch it off before using flashlight to go up again. There's no wastafel nor mirror, the waterheater also not that hot, tho it's not freezing cold. They also gave me old pillow, still made of cotton. If you're tall, might want to watch out for your head when you're just awake, I bump my head more than 3 times before automatically duck down or crawl out of bed. I don't think the charging station location is ideal too. When I checked in for the first time, the floor was dirty too, but the cleaning service after that was good.

In conclusion, it's a nice cute room, but definitely don't...

Untuk hunian harga 2.6 juta, menurut gue ini overpriced, dgn fasilitas yang kurang. Cukup 1 bulan aja di sini. Berikut beberapa alasannya:

Ga ada pintu kamar mandi maupun exhaust. Iya, jadi cm dikasih tirai antara kamar dan kamar mandi dlm terus ga ada exhaust. Wassalam deh sering kalo ga pake kamper atau pengharum toilet.

Kalo ditempatin di lantai atas, bare with the stairs. Tinggi2 bgt anak tangganya. Selamat cardio.

Jgn harap kalo grabfood or ada kiriman paket, kita bs tenang paket kt diterima dan disimpenin penjaga kos. Engga. Kita akan repot ditelfonin si kurir karena meski yang jaga standby, tapi jarang bgt helpful buat hal yang kayak gini2.

Birokrasinya ribet. Masalah AC panas aja si penjaga kos ga bs langsung handle kontak tukang AC, harus via app, community manager dll.

Customer service nya lambat. Waktu awal mau booking cepet, mungkin dikejar target. Tapi ketika ada keluhan, lama banget bales chatnya.

Gw jg awalnya knp mau di sini krn fasilitas blabla, ternyata ga bs ditoleransi. Cukup sebulan aja. Masih bnyk hunian dgn harga sama atau lbh mahal yg fasilitasnya...

kost bersih, sirkulasi udaranya oke banget, penjaga kost ramah baik dan ngebantu banget... lokasi sedikit strategis, nyaman bgt...
