Ages ago, goat’s milk was being used for the broth, but nowadays they replaced it with powdered milk. When you come here, just pick bits and pieces as you like, usually 5-8 pieces of different parts of a goat for a bowl of goodness. There are delicacy such as goat’s brain, feet, eyes, even the testicles, which they call torpedo (literal translation to missile). Overall the soup has a rich range of texture to taste. The soup is milky rich and the "elements" from the lamb are good when combined. A must-pair with fluffy warm rice and fried shallots. Add more scallions and squeeze the lime, you'll have your good dinner ready (and even better for late night supper!)
