This mall is a go to mall for me back to my college year

This mall is affected bad by the pandemic. I 100% believe after evrything is getting better this mall can bounce back. When the cinema and gym is reopened guarantee traffic will flow again because the cinema offer an affordable price rate compare to other mall. Especially when Binus student is already able to learn face to face on campuss definitely they will come here to do their assessment and group studies
Before pandemic this mall is not considered dead even if the traffic is lower than LW. This mall used to offer quite a lot of cafe and a place to hang or chill. If the traffic is back to normal hopefully many tenant will be more interested to come
The groceries shop here food hall is one of the reason people still come nowadays. There was a time where to find a parking spot in here is quite a headache
The food court or called the foodtopia offer variative food with an aesthetic vibe
They building a multi function hall recently. Sucks it finished when the pandemic start
Only one department store but it do offers quite amount of promotion
This mall is also offering service to extent your driving license or you car tax
this is one of my favourite mall to come back then. It is very sad to see the condition today. But like i mention before after everything is settle down i belive that this mall can bounce back as...
Read moreMall @ Alam Sutera could have been a standout destination, but walking through it today feels more like touring an abandoned project than visiting a major retail centre. The space is enormous, yet eerily empty, with long stretches of corridors lined by shuttered stores and vacant shopfronts. It’s hard to find any real energy or purpose here, as most outlets appear to have either closed down or given up trying to compete.
The few shops still open seem lost in the emptiness, and the food options are severely limited. What’s left is either overstocked or poorly presented, and even the restaurants that remain struggle to draw crowds. The atmosphere feels lifeless, lacking both variety and vibrancy, and certainly not what one expects from a modern mall in Greater Jakarta.
Management urgently needs to take a hard look at what’s gone wrong. While nearby malls are thriving with activity, Mall @ Alam Sutera stands as a cautionary example of poor tenant mix, weak promotion, and failure to evolve with the times. The only redeeming moment was stumbling upon the fish exhibition, a brief distraction in an otherwise forgettable visit.
A place with so much potential has been left...
Read moreGreat mall, not overcrowded and has a decent choice of stores and F&B tenants. The XXI cinema here is unbelievably cheap considering the size of the whole theater... you can now afford the once expensive Premier service. Other than that there's actually not much here, I don't live near this mall so I do not visit often but what I do know is that this mall is unfavorable to many because it has limited tenants not suitable with the social class its supposed to serve... People are expecting higher-end brands such as Armani and Zara but this mall just fails in this category. It was great when it first opened (I went and it showed promise for success) and the number of visitors is also very satiscatory, now the mall looks like "under" visited with most of the spaces and stores empty - which I like because it shows that you won't be spending the next 3 hours bumping shoulders with complete strangers due to the non-stop visitors. Highly recommended for everything except high...
