Ramen that worth the hype!! Typically ramen bar with limited seats. Came here at 5pm on weekday so just few people who came. Everything's good here. Ramen, side dish, ambience and price very affordable under 50k soo perfect ⭐5!! They're so flavourfulll OMG🤤Ordered black garlic, curry, miso, ebi furrai and gyoza. Tipikal ramen mereka juga yang masih ada tekstur kenyalnya BUKAN yg lembut gtu. Also the service's so fast. We didnt wait that long only ±5mins after we ordered by screen. Let's make it details ^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^~ -Black garlic ramen 4.8/5⭐ so flavourfulll eventho a bit bitter bcs of the fried garlic but thats ok (I suggest to separate the fried garlic) but the staff already reminded me if the black garlic ramen one will be a bit bitter. But thats ok STILL GEEWDDD!!💗💗

-Miso ramen 4.5/5⭐ sooo creamyyy🤤the broth is so thick also a combination of chasu and the soup SO PERFECT!! Also bcs of the thickness and creaminess of the broth, I personally can't finish the wholeness cuz it'd make me "eneg". But my friend loves it! Literally she almost finished the wholeness LOL.

-Curry ramen 4/5⭐ For this ramen is so so for me. Nothing special about it and for me personally, it less flavor (kurang nendang gtu karinya).

-Gyoza (3.8/5)⭐ Idk but I feel like their gyoza a bit tasteless, thats why we have to dip into the ramen.

-Ebi furrai (5/5)⭐ AAA OMG THIS IS SOOO GOODD!!! The tenderness and the crunchiness make it PERFECT. Udangnya jga full daging bukan yg tebel coatingnya. Also the dipping sauce basically just spicy mayo but they matched together.

Well I recommend you to order black garlic ramen/miso ramen with Ebi furrai!!^^

The most phenomenal Sai Ramen branch compared to the others is the one in Alam Sutera because somehow the ambiance there feels like dining at a cozy Japanese eatery with its outdoor concept. The place is shaded and totally Instagram-worthy! 🍜🏮

I went there on a weekend, and it was quite crowded. There were no seats available to wait in line, so I ended up sitting across from the Sai Ramen stall. It was a bit challenging as it was around 12-1 PM, and the sun was scorching, which raised my expectations for the food even higher.

But honestly, Sai Ramen was such a letdown. In my opinion, the ramen felt a bit lackluster (almost like it had an instant noodle vibe, I don't know why) and the broth didn't have the same robust flavor as other popular ramen joints. Was the broth not cooked long enough? Maybe I just had bad luck that day? I don't know.

I feel like they win in terms of hype, but the taste is just so-so. I'd rather eat at other ramen stalls in malls in central/south Jakarta than make the journey all the way to Alam Sutera just for this average ramen. Sorry.

In terms of price, the ramen is decent and not too expensive. But I must say, I was disappointed to travel so far and wait in line for what turned out to be an ordinary taste.

Really, really sorry, but they need to step up their ramen...

This is prolly my first time and might be my last time visiting this Ramen Store. Why?

Me and my husband came here on Saturday, we ordered Black Garlic Ramen and Butter Miso Ramen. The Black Garlic ramen taste good at first but after a while the garlic is too bitter for me but Butter Miso Ramen was good. Imho, it's not that close to the original Japanese Ramen, it has been deconstructed for Indonesians taste.

And here's the story why this might be the last time.

We are supposed to lined up before we take the table. then there's this couple who came after us, they put their bag first and got in the line while we were still waiting for the ticket machine. I asked the staff while we were still standing & waiting for the machine, is there any empty seats and the staff said we might have to wait. WAIT. I told the staff that table is empty, she said its already taken bcs that couple's friends already came first and tag the seats for them (it was the counter table btw). DUDE. they haven't even ordered anything!!

SO THIS!! sorry not sorry, but this is the attitude and culture which we shouldn't continue. it's NOT FAIR that we and other customers came first but had to wait for the table while these two easily took the seats by putting their bags.
