مجموعه در کنار تنوع واحدهای تجاری اش، دارای کافی شاپ، فضاهای تفریحی و شعبات مختلف بانک است که می تواند بخش عمده‌ای از نیازهای مشتریان مناطق اطراف را به نحو احسن تامین نماید. مرکز خرید ایران زمین از این نظر قابل ملاحظه است که از طریق اتوبان‌های چمران، همت، حکیم، یادگار امام، شیخ فضل‌اله و... قابل دسترسی‌است. بخش اداری مجموعه در 4 طبقه شامل 43 واحد اداری است که دفاتر شرکت‌های تولیدی سراسر کشور نیز در آن قرار دارد که از بین آنها ‌می توان به شرکت های «زیر کن سنگ»، «یاسان ساز رهام»، «آراد شیمی»، «مشرف»، «پیام همشهری»، «آذر طلق»، «الوند آسایش» و شرکت‌های مختلف ساختمانی و... اشاره کرد. از جمله برند‌هایی که محصولاتشان در این مرکز به صورت مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم ارائه می‌شود می‌توان به برندهایی مثل اکو اسپرت (ecco)، P&p، Zillion، پریما، نایک، ماسیمو دوتی(Massimo Dutti)، ورساچه، فابیولوستی(Fabio Lucetti)، زارا(Zara)، مکنزی(Macenzy)، نیکوتن پوش، (Abercrombi&Fitch)، کاوالی(Cavalli)، تیفانی(Tiffany)، (Bonito)، (Police)، (Burton)، (Quick Silver)...

not popular as before, no good lighting, no restaurants. no enough parking space, these all made it now one of least popular places among shopping malls in tehran, but still few interesting shops like...
