First time, last time.

Very very disappointing. Staff were so rude and the food was frozen and reheated. Little to no sauce on our kebabs. Chips were obviously reheated. They were disgusting and threw in the bin. We ordered chicken tenders from Nicole in there 2 mins after placing our original order with Darren and there’s obviously no communication between the pair of them as they weren’t put in our order, we went back after walking to the car after realizing and Darren told me they were burnt and put another 4 on. We then decided not to wait for more and I explained we didn’t want them anymore. Darren basically told me I had to pay for them anyway because they had been put on. I explained the first ones were forgotten about, were not given to us and were burnt when I went back for them. Darren held his hand up to me as a ‘stop talking’ gesture. I just left. Extremely dissatisfying customer service...

Ordered 2 spice boxes and 2 portions of taco sauce. One would assume taco sauce was the pink sauce but I nearly ended up being given the actual meat in a tub until I intervened! She shouted at me saying I had ordered 2 tubs of taco sauce, proceeding to show me the tubs of mince. The spice boxes themselves were horrible, I had to ask for the veg to be put in and it wasn’t cooked, it was cold and raw and left on the top. She must’ve used the full bottle of seasoning because I could barely make out what was a chip or a piece of chicken. The young girl needs a change of attitude as she was quite rude. Have been here many times before without issue until now. Will not be returning as long as that incompetent worker is...

Unfortunately very disappointed with the service. Have been a customer for many years as the food is generally good. Have noticed recently chips have been filled for five minutes before being served. Brought it the gentleman's attention and told me that they had been freshly filled. Not true. Some staff very abrupt....
