I recently placed an order with Domino’s and had one of the best pizza experiences in a while. I went with the classics this time: the Original Cheese and Tomato pizza and the Veggie Supreme, along with both the standard garlic bread and the indulgent Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and right on time which is exactly what you want from a pizza night!

The Original Cheese and Tomato pizza was simple but perfect. The base was soft yet had that nice oven-baked crisp on the edge, and the tomato sauce was rich with just the right balance of sweetness and tang. Topped with perfectly melted mozzarella, it had that stretchy, gooey texture that makes every bite feel like comfort food at its finest.

The Veggie Supreme was a standout. Loaded with a generous amount of colorful veggies like peppers, mushrooms, onions, jalapenos and sweetcorn, it was full of flavor and had a satisfying crunch from the fresh toppings. The combination worked beautifully with the cheese and sauce, making it hearty without being too heavy.

As for the sides, the regular garlic bread was warm and buttery with a soft texture and a mild garlic kick ideal for dipping or eating on its own. But the Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Bread? That was next level. Topped with gooey, golden cheese and infused with strong, delicious garlic flavor, it was incredibly satisfying and indulgent.

Last week I ordered food at this branch at 12 and it did not come until 2.30 in the morning. I spoke to 2 other staff members about my refund and everything as I didn’t take the food. 8 days later I didn’t receive my money so I called to speak with the manager called gibd, he was so rude and would not let me speak and I had to basically beg for my money back. He then said we don’t have your order, so I had to call the driver that delivered my food that night from my call log. He was so helpful and I was really thankful he even picked up as it was the proof the manager needed to actually believe me. He told me it went to glenageary but somehow the booterstown driver was able to deliver it. The delivery driver Robert did his job amazingly and was polite and helpful he needs a raise on his hourly pay because he would be a better manager than gibd. This manager had no sense of courtesy and he was so unhelpful. This is coming from someone who has worked in two pizza places. I know how these things work and he needs to stop treating the customers like they’re know nothing.Hope the owner sees this and stops wasting their money on this branch and especially on hourly pay for the manager. Ordered a pizza, came completely wrong, rang the shop first guy I spoke to said he would send the RIGHT pizza up and went through the order to double check to make sure it was right, after 40 minutes rang the shop to see where our pizza was and I was told it was on he way, 15 minutes later I rang again as it still hasn't arrived. I spoke to a guy with an American accent and he had the biggest attitude and was not helpful at all. Pizza that was re sent was wrong again and my husband rang the shop to complain to get the same guy who didn't have a care about the fact we had got the wrong order again didn't want to help, in the end got store credit and the phone slammed down on us, domino's if you want customers you need to have people who actually want to be helpful!!!...
