edit: got to update as I've now had 2 chicken fillet kebabs where the chicken was off. rubbery or tough - chewy - horrible texture for chicken. usually the chicken is succulent and juicy and fresh, but this last kebab it was terrible. Something is off in the process here. Not sure if chicken is old or overcooked or frozen and refried or something, but its not good. sorry guys. long term customer - usually good - but a couple of bad kebabs now. Amazing fish and chips with good old fashioned service with a smile. I ordered Long Ray & chips for two special Golden Years ladies - aged 87 & 95 who have been cocooning for months. It was a birthday and time is very precious when you are a Vintage Golden girl. Long Ray was their special request. The Libero's lads, sourced the ray and delivered it piping hot and on time. Ray is so hard to get but the Liberos lads came up trumps. The ladies ate their fish served on Royal Doulton china plates - as you do....washed down with real leaf tea and reminisced about when Ray was plentiful in Dublin and when Ringend was known as 'Ray Town' to true Dubs. Avoid! tried today for first time never again unfortunately. Unsure and suspicious how this place has good reviews? if you like this fish and chip you probably havn't been to many fish and chip shops and there isn't an abundance of chippys in the area so its a very bog standard make do kind of place. The cod is dry and not salty and very strange packaging as it comes in a bag!.
