Flynn Estate Agents Raheny — Local services in Dublin

It was not the best experience with Flynn Estate Agent - Dublin 4 team. I think unprofessional process was undertaken by the Estate agent lady. After bidding and overbidding on a property in the south of Dublin, She was trying to prolong the bidding as much as she could. Eventually, she kept the bidding for almost 11 days without mentioning the vendor was looking for a cash buyer. She intentionally increased the price of the property to plus 16% (60k), later on she passed on to me that the vendor had decided to go with the cash buyer. Contrary, the initial advertisement didn't include "we are looking for cash-buyer", however, we kept bidding while the price was hiking on the second buyer as well who bought the property with overprice compared to the property counterparts in the same area. We almost thought that we would award the bidding as we were the highest bidder even I moved my sports club near the area as the new subscription was due to renew. From the first minute I met Carla I knew and had no doubt that she was extremely experienced in her field and was confident that she would sell our house in time-frame she gave.
