The Cedar Lounge — Restaurant in Dublin

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Drinking here tonight, had a verbal row with friends. Bar staff intervened, one of the bar staff Father's didn't like my tone towards his son, so threatened to assault me along with his mate. I ended up choked out from behind, unconscious on the floor no one helped me up! Got up myself only to be thrown out by staff. I called the Gardai never showed up. Management were highly obnoxious said the cameras aren't working and to head home! Solicitor on Monday for me to request CCTV and to sue this pub for dereliction of duty! I could have been killed, management didn't give a damn!...

The Cedars is a pub in a housing estate. It has a great atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. It is beautifully decorated for Christmas which adds to the atmosphere. I felt very safe as they follow all the Covid guidelines. They have an excellent selection of draft beers and lagers, spirits and a good wine list. They usually have live music on Saturday nights. I not a local but come here occassionally. Always feel welcome. I drink stout, i nod when nearly ready for another. Barmen nod back as in pint on. 3 minutes later perfect pint.
