Tesco Superstore — Local services in Dublin

Bring my elderly mother there every week , basically because she's familiar with the layout and knows where her regular items are. Halfway through her shopping adventure (and it can be an adventure in this shop) she has to use the bathroom. Politely ask a member of staff can she use the facilities. "Sorry not possible" She's 85 and has shopped in this store for decades, I ask again, this time the young man makes a phone call presumably to a higher power, again the answer is no, the 85 year old lady who is now in obvious distress will have to leave the shop and find somewhere else. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. I had to abandon the trolleys in the middle of the shop and bring her home. Luckily she was with me and I had a car to get her home quickly, lord knows what happens if she had managed to get there herself. She was left embarrassed and upset. Needless to say I will never darken the door of this kip again. I doubt anyone from Tesco head office actually reads the reviews for this shop, it's seems to have been lost down some...

This store is a complete shambles, they increased the size of the off licence by almost 2/3's and put 1 fridge in which is never stocked with what I would consider popular choices, also it is very poorly stocked and the most popular prosecco is consistently sold out. The general stock is also very poor in choices. Tills are never manned during peak times which leaves mad queues, self service tills constantly need a member of staff to scan and reset, the 3 items or less counter has been removed and is only a customer service desk basically. Shelves get stocked while people are shopping with boxes left in the aisles. The people of Ballyfermot deserve the same service as other areas, how this shop will cope when the influx of apartments are filled...

Absolutely disgraceful attitude out of customer service man David his name was full of discrimination and hate speech towards me over way I spoke been a common young lad from ballyfermot and managers made show of me at reception in my local Tesco security guard made false accusations about me as i had my lunch in my hand bought from supervalue and raised his voice asking the quest did i pay for these as they were supervalue brand and had supervalue wrote on front of them just full of judgement and shamed my character my other review waa taken down as they dont want people to know what type of managers and staff they have no enthusiasm about work and helping people just abuse power and harass the...
