The Warehouse Cafe — Restaurant in Dublin

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience really left a bad taste and not because of the food, which was actually decent. The real issue was the service.

After waiting over an hour, my male friend was finally served and I was left sitting there for another 20 minutes while he ate. Meanwhile, I watched as the same server handed out little appetizers to other tables to make up for the delay… but skipped ours entirely.

When my food finally arrived, it was missing a key item (corn) that was clearly listed on the menu. When I asked, I was casually told they’d “run out.” One of the male staff members was at least polite and apologized, but the woman who served us had an awful attitude from start to finish cold, dismissive, and honestly just rude.

It’s a shame because the kitchen clearly has potential, but unless they seriously rethink their customer service, I won’t be coming back. There are too many places with both good food and basic respect...

The are rude including the man there, he was so rude that I will never order anything there again or anyone I know.

He told me to order the uber to pick up my food and said the food was ready. I ordered the uber, the uber arrived and the food was not even ready. Instead of him to apologize because he is costing me more money. He started speaking rudely to me and telling me "you listen". Just imagine! Well, very poor customer service even at the restaurant. I went there to eat a couple of times and the food takes over an hour to get ready even if you book ahead. Today, I ordered at 15:00PM and the food was not ready till past 17:00PM. And they open at 15:00PM so I’m wondering why it took so long.

Lovely, cosy space for a birthday dinner. I advise you to place your order early and be patient, as it may take a while. It was a busy night with about 15 customers. I loved the starters. Linda and her team serve tasty, well prepared food. The fish platter, salad, and jollof rice remain my favourite and worth the wait. Enjoyed the chapman that accompanied the food.
