Used to order here religiously, food and standard is awful. I'm never one to leave a bad review but something needs to be done. For the third time in a row we have had an issue. First time pizza was delivered with wrong toppings , left my partner without her food for another 40mins as they did send a new pizza after I rang and explained, just a hassle though and missus left hungry and angry. Second time we decided to give it another go, explained to the guy on phone about previous experience so to just double check, this time food was lovely although cookies we got were unedible , totally black , I was considering a bad review then but avoided. We hadn't had it in while as we were turned off but again last night we were left without a garlic bread , I rang to let them know and he asked do we want credit to our account but I refused and asked to have our garlic bread delivered ! Garlic bread arrived with cheese on 2 and half slices , this always seems to be the same with garlic bread and from being in the store watching them making the food you would think they were in a race, heads dug into the order screens above not looking down at the pizzas and garlic breads just lumping cheese and topping everywhere , I understand this can be a very busy environment but I would say it can take 10 seconds to evenly spread cheese and toppings , same goes with cutting a pizza...always one giant slice and a tiny skinny one , in my opinion some staff just wanna get order done as quick as they can. Guys answering phones at time not very good English. Drivers always very pleasant and polite , have dealt with one or two good staff in the past also within the store but as far as deliveries go zero standards just looking get orders out like a treadmill. Please take an extra minute ! Partner doesn't wanna order here again , I would just love an improvement as used be one best...

He said to me "You want a full refund for one piece of hair on one slice of pizza??" in a very rude manner and kept sighing and repeating "he wants a refund for hair on his pizza" to his co workers. After hearing this I got upset with his tone and started to complain how this shouldn't happen as hair can be very dangerous on food, so he proceeds to give up and offer me a 25 euro dominos voucher to use. After everything he has said and done I did not want to order here ever again so I said no and he seemed very annoyed over it. Eventually I was able to ask for my refund and now I am currently waiting for my money to be returned as it is the sixth day now. I have pictures of the hair on my pizza and it is absolutely digusting and completely unacceptable for their company standards. Customer service was terrible and a horrendous experience and I only wish they took care of it with more professionalism. I don't see how the manager thought that this way okay?? He was annoyed by the fact that I complained and wanted a refund for a huge safety concern, absolute joke of a manager.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 6 oāclock and an hour later received 2 pizzas one if which was a completely different order, when ringing back up at 7 was told the order would be corrected, I rang up at 8 because I still didnāt received the pizza, they said they came to the house rang my phone and because I didnāt answer the brought it back to the shop (the never came to the door or rang the doorbell) rang for the 4th time at 8:45 to be told on the phone not to ring the shop again if I wanted to order a pizza again not to be ordering with this one. Then asked to speak to the the store manager, was placed on hold and put onto a girl that told us she is not the manager, for the original man to get on the phone and ask āare you honestly telling me you want to speak to a managerā after being pushed around serval times phone call to phone call got intouch with the manager to be told itās our fault and a the pizza will be with us shortly.
