We have recently just sold and also bought a property through Flynn Estate Agents Castleknock. From meeting alot of estate agents through visiting different properties, Andrew and Mark stood out from the minute we met them. Their professional attitude, appearance knowledge of the sector/area and approach to each house viewing was second to none and became more evident to us when they did the valuation for our own property. The advice and knowledge they gave to us was something we had not experienced before with any other Estate Agents and we felt relaxed and trusted their opinion and plan straight away. There techniques and the way they always strive for the best based on their expertise can be seen in the way they value and advertise properties.

Our journey was not the smoothest with issues both outside of our own and Flynn's control but we would not be where we are today in our forever home if it was not for Andrew and Mark. They went above and beyond for our family and we will be forever grateful to them. They solved problems that not one other legal person could do. The communication, professionalism, care and kindness they show to each and every client of theirs is rare to find and makes the whole experience which can be a very stressful one so much easier. No matter what the question was, both Andrew and Mark were an email or phone call away and always responded straight away. They got the best price with the right buyer for our property and gave us the best possible advice along the way. It is hard to trust anyone these days in business but Flynn always were so open and honest with us, gave us the best advice we needed and were so trustworthy and honest from the day we met them. We are beyond delighted to be in our forever home with our children and that is with enormous thanks to Andrew and Mark. Thank you for everything, we will be forever grateful.

I have had dealings with Flynn & Associates for approximately 21 years now. To be frank, some great experiences and some not so great. (I have been viewing in D15 for 21 years, so I am that challenging client).

Ultimately I would like to thank Andrew and his team for helping me realise a dream.

On balance I would be of the opinion that the job of an auctioneer is not as easy as one would think (especially when it comes to separating the real to not so real. This industry seems to be festooned with b*t. We were 7 years searching and we still get calls about properties that "fell through" over 4 years ago!!!!!!! and that has seriously ramped up in the past few weeks.). Another small example is we had to sell a premises that had a higher profile that I would usually like. I had at least 30 calls and met with 10 people, all to no avail. In the end, Andrew & team found me a buyer. I may have not been happy with the sale price and I am quite sure the purchaser was not happy with the purchase price but we got the deal done. Bottom line, if you want a sale and you want to buy I would highly recommend this agency. If you are in no hurry and can wait for X amount of time, there are other agencies in D15 who are absolutely fantastic at their job and may entice a higher sale price. However, let's all face reality the market is not going up for the next 5 - 7 years.

Make your life decision and make it happen.

Family homes are just that, family homes. Yes potentially and probably the biggest purchase of your life, but it should be a home, not a commercial entity. Both have (well in my opinion should have) entirely different core values.

We bought our property in the Navan road area in 1987 through Flynn & Associates , in recent weeks we sold the same property through Flynn & Associates , that alone is a testimony to the standing of this company in the property market. From start to finish the team at Flynn’s were as professional as I recall they were 35 years ago. Our lead contact and chief negotiator was Cormac McCarthy. Cormac’s understanding of the D7 / D15 market is unequalled but more importantly his understanding of the economic climate is as impressive.Cormac advised a guide price at the outset ( which was achieved) and readily arranged viewing at a steady pace. Cormac was the complete professional to deal with, always positive and result focused. He is undoubtedly an expert in the property market. Secondly, during the course of the sales process Cormac and team identified an apartment for my son, who was a first time buyer. My son completed his purchase of this apartment in recent weeks also. Rebecca in the office was always there to support and was a essential conduit with the necessary red tape. Paul and the rest of the team were fantastic also .
