Dundalk Retail Park — Local services in The Municipal District of Dundalk

Large Retail Park visable from Dublin to Belfast bypass. Lots of free parking. Great selection of stores including WOODIES who have everything you need if you're a DIY enthusiast. Love their photo frames, selection of paints which includes all the top brands i.e. Crown, Fleetwood, Dulux etc; great variety in colours. Love their garden furniture paints too. Can't visit Woodies without going to their garden centre. They have all sorts of plants, shrubs, trees and pots. Back indoors they always have a great selection of Halloween and Christmas Decorations. I bought a lovely mirror for my hall last year and when I got to the till it was half price. Was about to phone for a taxi when the assistant who served me said she would phone the taxi for me. She also carried the mirror out to the taxi for me. Have always found the staff nice and very helpful😊 HOME STORE AND MORE love belting around this store 😁 great selection of kitchen and bathroom accessories, bought my ironing board here, matching linen basket and small and larger storage baskets also. I love their range of delph, pots and pans. If you like baking they have a fantastic range of bun cases, piping bags and nozzles and much more to make baking easier. Bought some loaf tins here too. Then there's their lovely range in soft furnishings from curtains to quilts. These are just two stores in the Retail Park. When finished shopping or need a break halfway through, Costa have a lovely new coffee shop here in the Retail Park. It's my personal favourite of the Costa's in Dundalk. It's spacious with lovely decor, good selection of sandwiches, cakes, juices and coffees. I have to say as a coeliac they have a number of GLUTEN FREE cakes. This is a great retail park. It has all you want from electrical equipment, sports, cafe, DIY, cinema etc. Good access from the main road traffic can get backed up at busy times by the hotel and main junction. The shops are good and always have plenty of stock. The cinema is decent (sound not great) but comfortable seats and good screen. DIY store is massive so great for anyone doing jobs in and around the house. There is a KFC and burger king right next door if you are on a cheat day. I went to Woodies to buy some Weedol Rootkill Plus because I have Loads of weeds coming up between the paving slabs in my front garden, the type I wanted was out of stock, but a Very nice, friendly lady, went to check the stock room for me. I bought another type by the same Brand. When I was served at the counter, another really nice young lady helped me to pack my items into my bag, and was Extremely pleasant. All the Staff in Woodies are Brilliant, and it's a joy to shop there. There aren't many things they don't sell, and I find the prices are always good, as is the quality of the products.
