KFC Dundalk Retail Park — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Dundalk

Been doing the drive thru since about April, every few weeks or so. It became my choice going through Dundalk as I was getting good value, large portions, very good options like rice bowl etc. But in a very short space of time, the food has changed. Prices slightly increased while the portions of some items like wraps have almost halfed in size. Warm sodas and some rushed orders looking ratty. I will be avoiding now because each time I go things get smaller. How do businesses like this expect to survive if they just ruin their product like this.

Healthy options are great, some of the chicken buckets are good but other times very greasy. Its a hit and miss that is no longer worth the convenience.

On a positive note the staff are friendly and professional for the most part, never had anything missed on orders unlike other drive...

Absolutely shocked at the rudeness of one member of staff here at kfc. I have never had to write a negative review, but the harassment and treatment was unbelievable. I asked for a snack wrap with no salad and the worker started shouting at me telling me thats why its cheap i cant change it, i usually come here once a week and there is never an issue. So i asked to pay for the more expensive wrap to get without salad and he reluctantly charged me. Then when i was at the window he was throwing around my food and put it in the bag, gave me my food and slammed the windows. I really hope that whoever this young worker is finds a job they enjoy more or can have a bit more respect for others. Kfc is one of my favourite fast foods in dundalk so I am very discouraged from going...
