Domino's Pizza - Portlaoise — Local services in The Municipal District of Portlaoise

I don’t like this place but my son likes their pizza so as a treat I got him a pizza. Went in to order ahead of time so I thought that when I came back I would only have to collect the pizza. Wishful thinking. When I went in, no one in the place, it took a few minutes for someone to come over and take my order because they were too busy chatting. I placed my order, paid, was asked when I would be back, I said 15 minutes. Came back exactly 15 minutes later and they were only starting the pizza. For the money people are expected to pay and the service received is ridiculous. So if anyone who is ordering to be delivered and is wondering why their order is taking so long…..the staff couldn’t...

We ordered a Pizza deal and got it delivered and after the driver left we realized that some stuff we ordered and paid for was missed. We immediately called the shop and someone assured us that they will call the driver and we will get missing stuff..however after 30min no one showed up therefore we called them again and once again we they assured us that we will get your stuff in 5-10 min as the driver is on the way. Guess what? We didn't get anything. As their regular customer I am disgusted how they treated us. That was the last time I ordered pizza from them. This happened on Saturday 11/03/23 around...

I love Dominos, but I think this new store in Portloais is a mess & giving bad name to Dominos, the pizzas taste completely different than Dublin stores, staff knows nothing they are knew have no knowledge at all, and not very helpful & in fact rude for food industry, pizza and garlic bread both very dry !!! they run like headless chicken if you ask them something Ordered 3 times and every time it was bad not ordering again from this store not one bit of...
