I live almost next door to this place and went in for the first time today following a pretty gruesome hangover. Bought a few bits including a fillet steak and some oriental belly pork. I asked the guy who served me how bed to cook the steak. I followed his instructions to the letter and have had an absolutely amazing piece of steak. Top marks will will...
