Skip this place and go to Bounty Place instead. They have just as good (if not better) desserts, excellent coffee, and truly friendly staff who make you feel welcome.
We came here with a group of 12 after hearing the hype and national exposure, but the experience was very disappointing. A staff member (I believe her name was Pamela, or what ever her name is) came over and started yelling at us in Italian when we tried to put tables together. She later admitted she spoke English, but instead of helping, she moved the tables herself and placed them directly in the sun.
The food looked promising, but because of her rude and unprofessional behavior, we decided to leave and enjoy our time at another café. No matter how good the food may be, service like this ruins...

Perfect patisserie with a big variety of pastry, sweets, bakery items, and ice cream.
They offer special panettone for Christmas (e.g. pistachio, which we were craving after seeing early marketing, but it wasn’t available yet).
