We had a terrible experience here. We booked a VIP table through a PR, which gave us a certain price for the amount of bottles we should have received. Upon arrival we were told the PR told us the wrong information and we would receive half of the amount of bottles we were promised. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate, refused anymore bottles and we were not allowed to receive a refund. They also packed the VIP tables like sardines and it provides no more room than being on the main dance floor. They also allow tons of children inside, I even asked someone how old they were and he stated 15 years old…. Ridiculous. It was a terrible experience, especially compared to the kind of service you can receive elsewhere in the area. I went 4 years ago and had a completely different experience. I arrived about 2am with my friend and the security called the manager to check if we could be accepted in the place I found it very inelegant, then we paid € 35 to enter we would give us the right of 1 drink when arriving at the first bar to get the drink the Waiter said we would have to pay another € 10 so we went to another bar where we were well served by a kind waiter who loves Brazil. The place was empty and with 80% men which made us wonder why the manager has to allow two beautiful and well dressed girls to come in and still pay. I thought it was ridiculous .. I miss...

Noi abbiamo prenotato e pagato 20 euro di prevendita il giorno prima, siamo arrivati lì alle 22:30. Eravamo in anticipo di mezz’ora ma ci hanno fatto entrare lo stesso. A mezzanotte, dato che non c’era nessuno, siamo usciti con l’idea di rientrare alle una, tanto avevamo il timbro. Nessuno all’inizio ci ha fatto notare della lunghezza della manica di R, sopra la spalla. Siamo stati fuori un’ora e avremmo potuto andare a prendere una maglietta, ma non sapendo del dresscode non ci siamo preoccupati. Tornando, il buttafuori (di cui nessuno ha voluto dirmi il nome, ma il capo dei buttafuori è Goran) non ha voluto farlo entrare con la scusa che nella discoteca c’è il dress code (quale dress code? non è specificato nel biglietto già pagato). La “cannottiera” di R, per altro, è una maglietta da 250 euro. La cosa che ci ha sbalordito sono stati i suoi modi, sgarbati, all’inizio non voleva far entrare anche noi. Cercando anche altro personale per spiegare la situazione, nessuno ci è venuto incontro, anzi ci hanno risposto a tono con argomentazioni paradossali e a tratti prendendoci anche in giro. Ad esempio: abbiamo chiesto il rimborso, non avendo ancora consumato il drink, ma ci hanno proposto solo il rimborso per R*, cosa che non aveva senso, essendo noi un gruppo. Contnuiando a chidere spiegazioni, si sono messi a insultarci, giudicandoci per la nostra età e per la nostra apparenza. Di fatto quello che è successo è: non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio che avevamo pagato la loro policy appare incongruente e sessista ci hanno trattato male, facendoci sentire sbagliati e insultandoci Non è esattamente cosa ci si aspetta quando si prospetta una serata divertente… purtroppo siamo rimasti molto amareggiati
