Italian scam at its finest

Don’t book anything here, we went to club without any reservations first to see if we like the club. There were areas unused which were offered to us as lounges/tables. They were so far outside and crowded with guests because there was no entry Check or security around. Furthermore the seating accommodation was poorly not on the level of a night club rather like a cheap gas station. So we decided this wasn’t worth a penny to pay for. There were other lounges/tables around the Dance floor with higher quality furniture and secure entrance, which we wanted to book for our next visit so wie requested the lounge online via Instagram we explicitly asked for a lounge next to the dancefloor and booked it for 7 people. We got confirmed and everything seemed good. Arriving at the club we got brought to the very same are which were empty and not booked at the Frist time. After confronting und complaining to management we were told this would be a lounge as described. There was space for four people to sit because the rest of the area was already crowded with strangers who were coming and going. There was no service around. This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced around the world. I don’t know how you can treat people like that. It’s sad to see the reputation of the Italian people getting tarnished because of crookes like running this nightclub.

Funny thing is 90% of this establishment won’t understand anything because no one speaks any language...

We were there the 29/07 The entry price was 25 EUR + parking fee 5 EUR and Bombay gin bottle 200 EUR : the price is high so the expectation are high. Reality : the place is very nice, the service is good, but the mainstage was much too crowded. Then to enjoy time with friends we moved to the second stage, also overcrowded. But on top ... The DJ at the second stage surely was drunk, or bad, or both ... When you make people pay an expensive price, please make sure to have the room to welcome them, with quality music everywhere. And also basic knowledge of English ! (I'm not asking for any other language...

Blubay, non me ne vogliate. Questa è una critica che ritengo necessaria.

Il 14 agosto 2019 mi sono recato al Blubay per ascoltare Robin Schulz, pagando ben 27 euro per l’ingresso. Avete organizzato l'esibizione di Robin in una pista estremamente piccola, e la quantità di persone presenti era eccessiva. Il sovraffollamento era tale che i capelli di una ragazza accanto a me, nella fila per entrare nella pista da ballo, si sono attorcigliati alla cannuccia del mio cocktail. Un'esperienza assolutamente inaccettabile!

Ho tentato tre volte di entrare nella pista dove Robin Schulz stava suonando. Avendo pagato 27 euro, desideravo divertirmi con la mia ragazza e i miei amici, ma la pista era inaccessibile, come confermato dalla sicurezza e dai buttafuori. La motivazione era l'insufficiente spazio per ballare. CHE SENSO HA UNA DISCOTECA DOVE NON SI PUO' BALLARE?

L'area concerti, di cui siete dotati e che inspiegabilmente non avete aperto, non è stata resa disponibile in una serata di questo calibro, costringendoci a stare schiacciati. Eravamo così compressi nel tragitto verso la pista principale che ho dovuto scavalcare nell'aiuola di un privè per uscire dall’ingorgo, procurandomi una spina. Non sono stato l’unico a dover scavalcare, ma era comunque preferibile rispetto a restare in quella calca, dove si respirava a malapena.

P.S. Già nel 2019, una bottiglietta d'acqua costava 5 euro, un prezzo eccessivo date le condizioni soffocanti.

Sono estremamente deluso. Ho lasciato la serata nel pieno del suo svolgimento a causa di questa situazione...
