Il Posto delle Fragole B&B — Hotel in Castro

If you're looking to relax and be swept away by a charming house perched on the rolling clifftops overlooking the sea, then this stay is for you. Our room was clean, spacious, and just a few steps from the ocean. It was well-equipped with AC, a TV, a mini-fridge, and there was plenty of space on the property to unwind while taking in the breathtaking views. There's even a private beach that you can access by walking down a rather steep path on the property, but it's all yours to enjoy if you choose. The location is wonderful, situated close to central areas in Castro, neighboring Otranto, and countless stunning beaches.

Our host, Francesca, was superb. She was easy to communicate with, always ready to assist when we had questions, and provided us with many valuable recommendations on where to dine and swim. The breakfast she served each morning was exceptional. My partner and I unanimously agreed that Francesca's eggs are the best we've ever had – seriously! Very very nice place, quiet, in the woods, with a fantastic scenery 50 meters from the room, above the sea. Francesca is a perfect host, generous, and precious for all the information she gave us about the town and region.
