Impavida is a MUST VISIT for all you beer lovers out there. Located just 2km from Torbole in the industrial area of Arco. You can see it already from the beginning by the very first sight… these guys know what they do and they love it. Warm and friendly welcome by the brewmaster we are overwhelmed be the great selection of craft beers. You can book a guided tour through the brew house, the cellar, the mills, the laboratory, the packaging line, the event room and you will meet the brewmaster. Very modern and sustainable production, very different from a few old fashioned breweries we did visit in the past. La Taproom di Impavida è una tappa obbligata per chiunque ami la birra artigianale e si trovi nei dintorni di Riva del Garda. L’ambiente è moderno, accogliente e curato nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera rilassata ma professionale. Lo stile industriale del locale si fonde perfettamente con il contesto produttivo del birrificio, ben visibile grazie alla suggestiva vista sul grande silos esterno, che domina la scena e rende l’esperienza ancora più autentica.

La selezione di birre è ampia e di altissimo livello. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione e la competenza dietro ogni ricetta: le IPA sono aromatiche e ben bilanciate, le birre più scure – come le porter o le stout – risultano complesse ma armoniose, mentre le opzioni più leggere sono fresche, pulite e ideali per chi preferisce profili più delicati. È evidente una grande attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime e alla coerenza stilistica di ogni creazione.

Il personale è cordiale, disponibile e ben preparato. Sono sempre pronti a guidarti nella scelta, raccontandoti curiosità e dettagli sulla produzione, il tutto senza mai essere invadenti.

First class micro brewery with excellent tasteful beers. Had a really nice stay. Interesting tour, the brewer knows what he's talking about and the right amount of detail (even for the home brewers, about half the audience) makes up for the sometimes a bit poor English.
