Il negozio é ben messo. Purtroppo la rudezza, inadeguatezza delle commesse va segnalata. Sembra di essere in un museo, non si puo toccare niente neanche sfogliare un libro o tenere in mano un oggetto che le arpie-commesse ti approcciano con fare stizzoso e aggrerssivo.

Leggo che per preservare l' integrità e addirittura per motivi di igiene i peluche non si possono toccare. Ne segue dunque ahimè !- che si ignora ancora una volta cosa sia l'igiene anche quella relativa al passaggio di virus respiratori. In 30 anni non ho mai visto bambini leccare, mangiare o prendere a morsi peluche non per altro che i peli ti restano in bocca. Riguardo l'integrità dei souvenirs si puo essere d'accordo per quelli che hanno valore storico-monetario o oggetti di arte / antiquariiato - made in Andalo. Per il resto l'integrità pare più un pretesto e una incapacaità manageriale che altro. In Belgio dove vivo i negozi per bambini sono pieni di festa, rumore, e si puo toccare tutto, sfogliare e comprare. Cordialemente, Fran

I read from previous comment that, to preserve the 'integrity and even for hygiene reasons, peluche cannot be taken. It follows that yet they ignore what hygiene is even that one related to the spread of covid-related or respiratory viruses. In 30 years I have never seen children licking, eating or biting soft peluches for no other reason than that the hair stays in your mouth. Regarding the integrity of souvenirs you can agree for those that have historical-monetary value or for those objects of art/anti-quariate - made in Andalo. For the rest, integrity seems more an excuse and a managerial incapacaity than anything else. In Belgium where I live, children's stores are full of celebration, noise, and you can touch everything browse and of course buy!....

Ho appena avuto una pessima esperienza in questo negozio. Ieri pomeriggio abbiamo comprato questo arco. Usato esattamente 3 volte dai bambini e si è rotto immediatamente. Sono andata a farlo presente e non hanno avuto alcun interesse a cambiarlo. Costo 19.50 euro. Non compratelo perché non vale la spesa e nel caso doveste fare dei cambi presso tale negozio vi auguro in bocca al lupo per la gentilezza. Cordiali saluti.

I’ve just had a very unpleasant experience in this shop. I bought yesterday evening this arch for my kids and they have used in just 3 times and it broke. I went to the shop to inform them about the bad quality of the arch and they didn’t show any interest to change it. The cost was 19.50 euros so it wasn’t cheap. Please do not buy those arches and in case you need to make a complaint in that shop good luck because they are very rude. Kind Regards.

Je viens d'avoir une très mauvaise expérience dans cette boutique. Hier après-midi, nous avons acheté cet arc. Utilisé exactement 3 fois par les enfants et s'est cassé immédiatement. Je suis allé le mettre en place et ils n'avaient aucun intérêt à le changer. Coût 19,50 euros. Ne l'achetez pas car cela ne vaut pas la dépense et au cas où vous auriez à faire des modifications dans cette boutique, je vous souhaite bonne chance pour votre gentillesse. Cordialement.

Ich habe gerade eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung in diesem Laden gemacht. Gestern Nachmittag haben wir diesen Bogen gekauft. Genau dreimal von den Kindern benutzt und sofort kaputt gegangen. Ich wollte es ansprechen, aber sie hatten kein Interesse daran, es zu ändern. Kostet 19,50 Euro. Vacanza di fine Agosto, passeggiamo e vediamo in vetrina degli articoli Lego. Mio figlio è un appassionato, vede la costruzione di un Bonsai. L'articolo è il 10281, prezzato sulla scatola 88 €uro. Premetto che sono stato io lo sprovveduto e che lo ho acquistato non verificando su internet il vero prezzo della costruzione Lego. Bene sia sul sito della Lego, che su altri famosi portali di acquisto l'articolo non supera i 50 €uro. Me ne sono accorto quando sono tornato a casa, altrimenti lo avrei riportato indietro. Siamo turisti abituali di Molveno, mai più e mai poi faremo acquisti in questo negozio che a questo punto sconsiglio a tutti. Una maggiorazione di prezzo ci può stare, ma così alta (50 euro contro 88 euro)è assolutamente ingiustificata. Poi alcuni negozianti si lamentano che tutti acquistano online..... forse...
