Pasticceria Bar Dolci Note — Restaurant in Comunità della Paganella

The food is very good, we like the pastries they sell. However, the staff is not very customer oriented, shall we say.

We ordered an ice-cream for the little one, than sat down, telling the staff (in Italian!) we wanted to look at the menu first before ordering some more. Kids are impatient and did not want to make a scene! We had to pay immediately and no one came to take our order at the table after we sat down. After ordering more food at the register ourselves, we had to pay (while we were already sitting down, again all in Italian!). We had our ice-cream, pastries, coffee, beer etc. Our little one wanted a schiumetta alla cannella, which I ordered at the desk, again no one wanted to come to get our order. I offered to pay, but this time it was not necessary apparently !?! Upon arrival of the schiumetta, it was whipped-cream without cinnamon, so asking could we have it with like we ordered. The woman came back and said: 'Oh you really want to have cinnamon on it, well we can do that too'. She said it in a very rude, arrogant, annoyed, and kidding like way! Upon leaving we asked to pay for the schiumetta, but it was fine, we already ordered 3x anyway, and for now it was fine, because there were no other clients, but it was very annoying to have them serve us every time we wanted something!

Again, the bar was empty, maybe 3/4 other people in total, we spend close to €50, and upon asking: if you can pay you come out with that. We never went back to that place!

PS. all in Italian, so there was no confusion, just rude...

Da 20 anni frequento la zona, vacanze estive e invernali, e almeno un weekend al mese. Quello che mi è successo oggi mi fa porre una pietra definitiva su questo locale, gestito da qualche anno da una signora che oggi con noi è stata più maleducata di altre volte, in cui ci eravamo accorti di atteggiamenti scortesi nei confronti di clienti. La gentil signora ci ha indicato in malo modo l'uscita quando, dopo averci imposto di sederci su sgabelli alti al tavolone per tenersi libero un comodo tavolo dove probabilmente si sarebbero potute sedere più persone, le ho detto che non mi sarei seduta (sono piccola e con una invalidità con lieve zoppia). Il locale non ha di certo bisogno delle mie sporadiche consumazioni, ma a tutti i locali fa sicuramente piacere avere recensioni positive che assolutamente non posso...

Sono rimasto estremamente deluso dalla mia esperienza presso questa gelateria. Ho ordinato uno yogurt che mi è stato dichiarato privo di zucchero, lattosio, dolcificanti e additivi, ma era incredibilmente dolce, più dello zucchero stesso. Questo mi ha fatto dubitare della veridicità delle affermazioni del personale. Inoltre, l'atteggiamento scortese del personale ha reso l'intera esperienza ancora peggiore. Pagato inoltre 10€, ho notato che il personale ha aggiunto la frutta non lavata con le mani, senza alcuna attenzione per l'igiene. Sconsiglio vivamente questa gelateria a chi cerca prodotti autentici e un servizio...
