The place is wonderfull. Expecially if you sit outside as we did, on the grass surrounded by very well kept plants and trees. The food: nothing special. It's a fixed menu at a fixed price. Starters, with some cheese and cured meats, some veggies pork liver and some homemade savoury cakes. 7/10 Then comes the Pasta. Malloreddus and local ravioli. Really not that good, and not because of the taste, I normally love them, but because of poor quality. 5/10 Porceddu: I guess it depends on the cuts you get. We were unlucky! Very tender meat, but little. Little crunchy skin. Lots and lots of fat. Shame 4/10 that was supposed to be the real star of the evening. Dessert: fried ricotta ravioli. Sono stata a Sa Briga a Villasimius e purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Abbiamo prenotato ben 5 giorni prima, ma l’attesa non è stata ripagata. Il menù è fisso costituito da antipasti vari, 2 tipologie di pasta, il porceddu con contorno, frutta, dolcini, vino della casa, acqua, caffè e amaro. Prezzo menù 43 euro a persona.

L’antipasto è risultato piuttosto mediocre: affettati discreti, ma nulla di memorabile, mentre le uniche note saporite sono state la ricotta e le verdure stufate con la menta.

I culurgiones sono stati una delusione: conditi poco e con un sugo assolutamente insignificante, che ricordava quello fatto in casa quando non si ha né voglia né tempo. I malloreddu sicuramente più buoni come condimento, ma anche qui niente di saporito.

L’insalata, che accompagnava il porceddu, è stata un passo falso: con ravanelli e pomodori interi e pezzi di finocchio grandi, quindi si doveva affettare, tagliare e condire il tutto se volevi mangiarla. Il porceddu era buono, ma non eccezionale come ci si aspetterebbe in Sardegna e soprattutto in un agriturismo, la porzione però era abbondante.

Seadas piccoline buone come sapore, anche se si sentiva l'olio della frittura.

A completare il quadro, il quartino di vino servito aveva un sapore acidulo e poco gradevole.

Un dettaglio che mi ha stizzito sono le posate: invece di cambiarle tra una portata e l’altra, viene chiesto di riutilizzare quelle già sporche, cosa che stona parecchio considerando i prezzi da ristorante.

L'atmosfera era un po' da mensa tipo: "servire tutto al più presto e chiudere la serata!".

In conclusione, a chi sta leggendo consiglio di desistere dal prenotare: per me non è né un ristorante né un agriturismo da consigliare, perché in un agriturismo ci si aspetta una cucina genuina e saporita, cosa che qui purtroppo non ho trovato. Si certo un menù con tante portate ma a discapito della qualità, preferisco mangiar meno ma...

Wir haben vormittags angerufen und für denselben Abend noch einen Tisch für zwei Personen bekommen, darüber waren wir höchsterfreut.

Das Essen begann um 20.00 Uhr, viele Italiener trudelten auch verspätet ein, es gibt also keinen Grund typisch deutsch schon 15 Minuten vor Beginn bereits aufzulaufen, da man frühestens ab 20 Uhr platziert wird.

Die Location war einfach wunderschön, wir saßen im Garten. Man sollte im September ggfs einen Pullover mitnehmen, da es zu späterer Stunde doch etwas frischer wird.

Das Essen war reichlich und fantastisch. Es gab zunächst Oliven und Brot, es folgten dann 3 verschiedenen Vorspeisen, zwei verschiedene Pasta Gerichte, eine Hauptspeise (Spanferkel) und danach noch Nachspeisen (Obst und eine warme Süßspeise). Zum Essen wird reichlich Wasser und Wein ausgeschenkt, dies ist auch im Preis miteinbegriffen. Die Weine (rot und weiß) waren von guter Qualität, beide trocken. Der Weißwein mit angenehmer Säure musste auf Wunsch bestellt werden (standardmäßig wird wohl eher der Rotwein serviert). Wir sind eigentlich keine Rotwein Trinker, aber der dort servierte Rotwein war toll. Trocken, aber nicht zu trocken, eher mild und passte ausgezeichnet zu allen Gängen. Im Anschluss gab es Espressi für alle die mochten sowie den typisch sardischen Mirto und andere Schnäpse (Grappa/Limoncello).

Wir sind ganz froh und dankbar, dass wir für 40€/Person so eine tolle kulinarische Erfahrung machen durften. Das Personal war auch sehr bemüht uns auf englisch durch den Abend zu begleiten. Wir können diese Location nur empfehlen und würden auch nochmal hier einen...
