Agree with the other negative reviews that the photos in the menu are a real far cry from what you are presented. If it wasn’t for the language barrier (and my hunger) I would have complained. The fish portions on the sashimi and nigiri were really thin, and the actual fish was tasteless and not good (we weren’t event given wasabi which could have potentially masked this). However nothing could surpass the disappointment of the “tartar” and “carpaccio” which was really just small pieces of their other sushi fish with a splash of soya sauce.
The sushi roll was the best thing on the menu that we tried and looking at the other customers they seemed to order a lot of the cooked food. (None of the cooked food options are actually Japanese, more Chinese/ other Asian). So perhaps as a customer if you stayed away from the sushi and the sashimi it may be a much better experience. My advice to the owners would be after some rebranding to just not offer sashimi as especially vs. The photos this was bordering on disingenuous and if they concentrated on things they actually seem to have customers asking for there would be less disappointment.

Still a Blessed ✨ to have food for our bellies and glad to support...
