Iglm Store — Local services in Massa Lubrense

We are visiting Sorrento, Italy from the US. We are scuba diving tomorrow and realized we left without packing the floating handle for the GoPro. Ugh! A Google search for GoPro accessories sent us looking for a store called IGLM Store. I called and the nice man said they were open. I did not understand that they were a mail-order business.

My husband and I took local busses and walked 4 miles to find their store only to find out they were not really a store.

When we located their address, there was a closed gate and a buzzer. I rang the buzzer, and the nice man who answered buzzed open the gate. The guys who work there were so kind! They sold us the part we needed even though they didn't even need to let us in.

Avevo già acquistato presso questo negozio, ed avendo avuto un'esperienza regolare ho deciso di comprare nuovamente dallo shop online.

Avevo necessità di acquistare urgentemente dei rullini Fuji C200. Sapendo che è facile far confusione con i rullini Fuji 200, ho contattato preventivamente lo shop chiedendo conferma che i rullini in vendita fossero realmente C200 (come indicato su descrizione e foto prodotto) e non sei semplici 200, proprio per evitare possibili problemi. L'assistenza mi ha prontamente risposto confermandomi che si trattava di rulli C200, come indicato nella scheda prodotto.

Così ho effettuato l'acquisto. Una volta arrivato l'ordine ed aperto il pacco mi accorgo subito che i rullini in questione erano dei Fuji 200, e non dei Fuji C200 come da me richiesto. Per inciso: i rulli Fuji 200 vengono venduti ad un prezzo abbastanza più alto della media rispetto ad altri shop (12,90 euro rispetto ai 9/10 euro).

Ho cosi ricontattato l'assistenza evidenziando il problema, la quale mi ha proposto un reso. Avendo però necessità dei rullini per questioni lavorative non ero nelle condizioni di fare il reso per tempo, e così mi è stato dato uno sconto del 10% sull'acquisto effettuato (devo dire un po' pochino rispetto alle mie aspettative e alla media del prezzo preso in considerazione e mostrato all'assistenza).

Ad oggi la mia valutazione riguardo al negozio è neutra, lievemente scontento dell'accaduto. Sarebbe stato sufficiente essere più attenti nella gestione della richiesta di assistenza iniziale per evitare il problema e forse fare uno sforzo in più nella gestione del cliente.

Probabilmente darò comunque ancora una possibilità al...
