I went into this store to buy a drink. At the fridge, I noticed that several beverages had no price labels, so I looked around and saw the same iced tea on a shelf for €0.50. I assumed the fridge item would cost the same and decided to buy it.
At the checkout, the cashier didn’t scan the item but typed in €2 manually. When I asked why, she said the fridge drinks are more expensive. I explained there was no price shown, but she insisted there was. I offered to show her, but she refused and said, “It’s €2.”
When I asked to return it, she hesitated, and then another older colleague gave me an angry look and said something in Italian. The cashier also spoke to me in Italian. I explained I don’t speak Italian, but she still refused to take it back and raised her voice.
I left feeling disrespected and unfairly treated. It’s fine if prices differ, but they should be clearly marked – and customers should never be shouted at. Definitely not...

But I came to the cashier with blond hair and showed her a package of strawberries with muffa all over it. And I said that it’s not good.
And I got the reply “it costs 2€ it’s should be like that”
All staff start screaming at all my friends, and took all our products that we wanted to buy and kicked if from the store.
We didn’t say anything disrespectful and we got this service.
It’s inappropriate to hire this type of people that damage companies brand and customer loyalty.
After that I don’t have any willing to make purchases at Carrefour

Read moreLa mia esperienza presso il Carrefour di Viale Principe Amedeo (zona Grattacielo, Rimini) è negativa. Il problema principale è la presenza di cartellini con sconti che in realtà non vengono applicati alla cassa perché non corrispondenti al prodotto davanti il quale li mettono (appositamente). In pratica, si finisce per pagare il prezzo pieno di prodotti che sembrano in offerta. Quando ho segnalato il problema al personale, invece di ricevere una risposta professionale, mi sono sentita trattata con arroganza e toni alzati, con giustificazioni contraddittorie (“i cartellini sono sbagliati”, “doveva controllare meglio lei” "sai che confusione si fa, sono tutti messi stretti" ). Un comportamento davvero poco rispettoso verso i clienti. Trovo inaccettabile che un marchio come Carrefour permetta simili pratiche scorrette, che di fatto inducono in errore chi fa la spesa in buona fede. Leggendo altre recensioni ho notato che non sono l’unica ad aver vissuto situazioni simili, quindi non si tratta di un episodio isolato ma di un problema ricorrente nella gestione del punto vendita. Mi auguro che la direzione intervenga al più presto, perché così si rischia solo di perdere la fiducia...
