Carrefour Iper — Local services in Turin

There is a 2 hour parking limit here and if exceeded you will be fined 40 Euro by mail by Park Depot. While Carrefour is great, I do not understand the parking limit when people are shopping and they are making money! No good. I was hoping 2.15 hours and charged the 40 Euro fee. They claim signed are posted as you enter the store. Really? There are many signs and promotions posted as you enter the store. Who reads them all. I have never heard of a time limit like this. A huge hypermarket with biggest variety of different kind of products. I mostly find everything in this hypermarket. However, I prefer not to buy fruits and vegetables here. The prices are a bit high for them. The most convenient thing is the self cashiers. However, if you have more than 15 pieces of products they'll make you go to normal cashiers, and the lines there are long. Usually only 1 to 3 cashiers work among 8-10....
