Astor Beach — Local services in Ugento

This is an extremely terrible beach with very terrible service and staff. We were not guests of the hotel to this beach and only because there are no signs and instructions drove us away with a terrible attitude. We saw empty spaces, put on our towels and they came to raise a scandal about why we did it. There is no sign anywhere or a reserved place. How do we know we have to get a ticket at the bar. I go to the bar, I ask and there the man kicked me out most unceremoniously like a dog, and I just asked if they had a place and nothing else. Terrible attitude. Cheap sunbeds side by side, almost on top of each other, do not even play to come here. I don't understand why Italians in southern Italy are terribly indebted to tourists?

Questa è una spiaggia estremamente terribile con un servizio e un personale molto confortevoli. Non eravamo alberghi in albergo a questa spiaggia e solo perché non abbiamo tabelle e indicazioni, né espulsi con un atteggiamento terribile. Abbiamo visto spazi vuoti, ci siamo messi gli asciugamani e sono venuti a fare scandalo perché lo abbiamo fatto. Non c'è nessun segno da nessuna parte o un posto riservato. Come facciamo a sapere che dobbiamo ottenere il bar per ottenere un biglietto. Vado al bar, chiedo e lì l'uomo mi ha sbattuto fuori senza tante cerimonie come un cane, e ho solo chiesto che c'è un posto e nient'altro. Atteggiamento terribile. I lettini economici uno accanto all'altro, quasi uno sopra l'altro, non giocano nemmeno a venire qui. Non capisco perché gli italiani del sud Italia sono terribilmente indebitati con i turisti?

Плажа е добър и красив, но има и доста по-добри на фона на всички, които обиколихме в Южна Италия. Но и изключително пренаселен човек до човек, буквално съседа е до теб, все едно си с него на почивка. Но исках да споделя нашето преживяване с него. Отива на плажа, оглеждаме се за място и намираме такова, настаняваме си кърпите и идва един човек и ни вдига скандал, че сме му взели мястото, гледаме няма нищо на това място и го питаме защо, той вика нямате право да сте тук. Извиква спасителите и те изключително грубо с ужасен английски изчезнете не сте наши клиенти, а ние защо как да станем такива и те ни сочат бара. Отивам, питам за билет за място и този човек там ми казва всичко е резервирано, гледам има поне 10 празни, само да гости на хотела. Питам го сигурен ли сте, има свободни. И той безцеремонно като куче, ми маха с ръка изчезни, само за гости на хотела. Ужасно отношение, никъде няма информация за това, изключителен грубиян. Нито съм се карала, нито съм спорила, просто попитах, но това отношение изключително недопустимо. Можеше просто да ми обясни нормално. Не разбирам защо едно място като се превърне в търсено, хора забравят да бъдат хора и посетителите и персонала. Ами утре може аз да съм гост на хотела, но не бих се държала така. Като цяло в Южна Италия доста трудно за чужденци, не знаят английски, трудно се разбираме и определено не харесват чужденци. Здраве да е! Astor beach Cafe’ unprofessional and rude I visited Astor beach numerous time, but this year the retail staff started to sell a single beach folding bed, then after three days sadly they changed their mind and they forced me to buy the folding bed plus the beach umbrella. I asked why I could no longer have a beach bed only and they said that others customers made complaint about it. Just a small detail that show this staff is not honest when they sell: there were not customers behind me. I cannot describe how umprofessional this treatment from the cafe’ staff was. Fantastico albergo ad iniziare dall'accoglienza, passando per la vivace animazione "nostress" e tutto il personale dalle pulizie all'area ristorazione trattano ogni cliente con i guanti bianchi le potenzialità del personale ed una gestione sempre attenta all'educazione sulla professionalità rendono la permanenza in questo albergo un'esperienza unica ed eccezionale perfettamente calzante ad ogni tipo di esigenza è rigenerante una sosta in questa struttura, quando poi devi tornare a casa o a lavoro si sente la mancanza e ti viene voglia di dire grazie per i momenti fantastici che ogni singola persona della struttura ha contribuito a regalare la qualità del cibo è piuttosto alta la presenza di varie attività a disposizione di chi sceglie di alloggiare presso l'Astor rendono il tutto ai massimi livelli il clima salentino e la spiaggia riservata ai propri clienti poi danno quel qualcosa in più che ti fa...
