Grand Ederle Post Exchange(PX) — Local services in Vicenza

I just was shopping to buy my merchandise and came to purchase my items, when I went to the self service to pay cash I had to show my DDO card when the lady said I cannot purchase anything or authorized to buy my stuff. I was like huh? I have never been told about that and I don't where the heck she got that rule. I was pissed off and I just recently bought something and no one didn't say anything about it so why the heck did she say that to me?!!! Then I left without a word and she said you want me to get my manager? I said calmly let me get someone. My sister had to buy my merchandise for me... that lady is so rude. And I work in the px, now is that a new rule...

I visited Caserma Ederle from July 1st to July 4th because I was stationed there with the 3/325th A.B.C.T. Blue Falcons back in 1988 to 1990.
