4gほどのk18のネックレスの査定をお願いしました。舐められたのか分かりませんが査定金額が4500円といわれました。事前に金の買取金額を調べていたためおかしいと思い適当な口実を立て店を出ようとしたところ、引き留められ売ってくれと言わんばかりの対応をされました。その後近くにあるoff...

金を相場の【約半額】で。買い取りを提示された。 しかも、素手で意味もなく触りまくる。金は酸化しないのは知っているが…油汚れはつく。 つまり、汚れたまま返された。

従業員の丁寧な言葉使い・態度で、実務内容が低レベルな買取価格、物の扱いのレベルの低さ… お客や、気持ちを馬鹿にしている事の証明だと思います。

捨てるよりマシ！って人はどうぞ ただ、それに価値があっても教えてくれる...

はじめての利用でしたが、お店の中は綺麗かつ落ち着いており、コロナ対策として席ごとに仕切りがあるなど、周りを気にしないで査定を受けることが出来た。 また、査定は店内の店員さんだけで行うのではなく場合によっては専門家のサポートを行っており、査定自体も安心して行えた。 担当の方は親しみやすい雰囲気で、査定中も何気ない話題をふっていただくなど、緊張を解すこともでき、とても満足の...
