Most items have no prices on and you have to ask at the counter. The staff then look up the value and tell you. Very inconvenient shopping experience and the prices weren't competitive.

They have a very good selection of items but it feels more like a museum as they do not make it easy to purchase items.

The staff weren't very friendly either. They greeted every other customer who entered the store except from us lol. We spoke to the staff in Japanese and even complimented the store, but still received a frosty reception....
