Can you believe that the shuttle bus didn’t show up?!
We planned to take the shuttle bus at 19:30 from Kadoma to Namba. We asked the information centre beforehand to ensure the shuttle bus service was available and where to get on. We arrived at the bus stop at 19:15, there was already a short queue. The bus didn’t arrive on time at 19:30. One of us walked back to the information centre at 19:45 to check and the staff checked for us and then said they couldn’t find the driver. They asked us to wait and would get back to us. Firstly, all shops are housed indoors so it is fully air conditioned - a big plus in the hot summer 👍 Being an indoor mall, I find the vibes pleasant . Since I visited on a Monday, it was not crowded which was really nice. There are many restaurants as well as a supermarket which is another big plus. As mentioned in another review, there were limited sales - not sure if this is true the whole year or the timing was not right. I would like to know when exactly is the sales season. Read moreAs a visitor this is hands down one of the best outlet experiences in Japan. Good selection of store, the store employees I had interacted were very accommodating and friendly. Prices were pretty good too. There is a Namco on the 3rd floor with many taiko machines if men are not interested in shopping. Food court is nice with free water, food prices were very reasonable. Since it’s a bit far from city center I wasn’t sure if I should go but I am glad I did! Not sure if weekend is a lot more crowded but for weekday shopping it...
