The so called "recycled" iPhones sold here not only come without box, cable, charger etc but can easily be MORE EXPENSIVE (see evidence, 69k vs 64k yen) than the new ones in an official Apple store next door. In addition, no tax free shopping was allowed here although I had my passport. Most seriously, my request to unlock the phone was not granted although the Japanese Ministry has legislated that all smartphone manufacturer after 2015 must be sold "without a SIM lock upon request from customers and without any cost to the customer involved", thus obstructing me in exercising my customer right. I suggest any legally literate to stage an attempted sale then sue them - big money...

個人的には自宅の近くで便利だけど取扱本数は新栄と比べて少ない。 レンタル用のセルフ精算機が２台あるが、無駄にビープ音が鳴るため頻繁に起こるエラーのタイミングが判り難く、タッチの感度も鈍い為に結構面倒。 店員は、どこでも似たり寄ったりな己の好き嫌いや気分で勤務しているような若者が中心で、良い接客態度なんて望むべくも無い。
