There's two ramen options for halal ramen here; karamen (spicy ramen) and shoyu ramen (soy sauce ramen). You can opt for different spice levels, from Level 1 all the way to Level 50 (with prices going up), and I had Level 5 ramen, which wasn't that spicy. The chicken for the topping gives a nice texture and absorbs the broth, and you can add extra ginger and pepper according to your taste.
