日中のレジは女性で若い子以外は対応が良いが、他の時間帯は寝癖のある男子だったりと対応が悪い人が多い。また、クレームや改善を要望しても一向に改善されないので、諦めてます。近くでなければ行かない。 下取りサービスを時々、利用しているが今までは¥5000毎に¥1000のドンキホーテのギフトカードが最大3枚貰えましたが、現在ではマジカポイントに変換されたらしく、¥5000毎に¥500ポイントで最大¥1500ポイントと半減されてしまいました。 それを変更した件を店側は全く掲示しないで、昔にままのPOPを今でも展示しているのはいかがなものか？ 全く配慮がないお店だと思いました。 近くだから頻繁に行きますが、かなり不満な点があり早急に改善して欲しいと思います。

鵜沼あるMEGAドンキです。商品も多くて何でもあって安くて助かりますね。駐車場はコノミヤと共同ですが、それなりの広さがあります。 ドンキの店内というとゴミだか商品だか分かんない物が大量に置いてあるイメージなんですけど、MEGAドンキが主流になってからは、店内も広くて商品も分かりやすく整理されているので利用しやすくなりましたね。 田舎にあるせいか、都会のドンキではありがちな駐車場のD Q N集会もあまり見ないんで、夜遅くに行っても安心して買い物できますね。
