Overall the mall and the staff at most outlets are good except if you wanna apply for Mallage Epos credit card the staff is very rude they just simply deny yo take new application from foreigners in a very rude way it is very disappointing since i have always shopped at this mall and wanted to have Mallage Epos card to benefit from the offers at the mall like most of the customers. I can speak Japanese language and can even read and write basic language but not good at kanji. But working as at customer service the staff should explain it in a polite way and even try to help the customer which is not very hard. The multi-storey car park was designed by an idiot. If you enter any floor above the ground floor, you're for some reason prevented from going back to the ramps to go up, and instead have to exit all the way to the bottom and start again from the ground (and you can't enter any other floor on your way down either). Infuriating.

Oh and the illuminated sign at the entrance that shows whether there are spaces or not on each floor is a little lying -----. Every time I've been there and it's said that all floors are full, I've gone in anyway and found a space within a few minutes. So always ignore it and use your eyes to look...
