SABAKI — Local services in Kushimoto

just when we happened to feel hungry while driving on route 42 from Susami to Nachikatsuura, we saw Sabaki, a small sashimi restaurant on the roadside.

We ordered two combo platters, one with tuna, the other with three varieties of fish. Both were extremely delicious and satisfying. The ordering was really simple and easy involving only gestures used without any language exchanges.

Really tasty tuna bowl for a good price. They also serve non-alcoholic Asahi, such a nice refreshment for cyclists or drivers. 海遊びのため串本に滞在中ですが、海へ行かない日にSABAKIへと訪問。海鮮丼1320円をテイクアウトで注文、本日のネタは画像の通りです。店内はイートインの人が何組かいました。 味ですが、まず各ネタが味濃く美味しい海鮮丼です。味が濃いのは鮮度は当然として、ネタが大きく更に分厚いのが影響大きいかと思います。ご飯もしっかり詰めてありますし、味も薄口醤油、胡麻ダレの2種を用意してあり色んな味を楽しめます（白身に胡麻ダレが合いやすい）。小口ネギ、ワサビも多め、テイクアウトのケースに保冷剤ありと値段の割にサービスもしっかりしているので文句無しに★5です。 私にとって惜しいのは、営業時間がランチ前後のみのため、朝から夕方まで海で遊んでると使い難い点くらいですね。 駐車場は店の周り6台と、離れた場所に2台かな？詳しくは公式インスタを参照。 支払い方法はクレカ、PayPa...
