美ヶ原温泉に宿泊した時に松本民芸館の見学後、徒歩で20分位でした。 擬洋風建築物が好きで旧開智学校とこちらの旧山辺学校の見学を楽しみにしていましたが、八角塔のある和風校舎外観は落ち着いた佇まいで素敵でした。 広々とした館内で1階2階合わせて第1室から第10室までそれぞれ特集題目について展示してあります。 なかなか充実した内容で見応えがありました。 「旧山辺学校校舎まるはクイズ」というのがあり第1室から第10室までのクイズに答えて用紙を受付に持っていくとスタンプを押してくれて景品が貰えます。 旧山辺学校の絵のカンバッチを選びました。可愛くて良い記念品です🎵 開館時間 9時~17時 観覧料 200円

〈旧山辺学校校舎よりお知らせ〉 [Followed by English translation] 平素より当館をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 令和7年4月より、観覧料・休館日を下記のとおり変更いたします。

●休館日 3～11月：毎週火曜日（休日の場合は開館し、翌日休館） 12～2月：土・日・休日以外 ●観覧料：無料

今後も変わらぬご愛顧を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Thank you for visiting our museum. We will be closed third Tuesday from March to November, (If Tuesday is a holiday, we will be open and closed on the following weekday.) and weekdays from December to February, from April 2025.
