Typical huge shopping mall in Japan with many retailers including pet shop, sports shop, supermarket, fastfood Burger King, Bakery selling cat shaped bread. Chanced upon a second-hand fashion clothing/sports wear for men and women. Bought a branded waterproof backpack for only ¥3000 and 4 other items happily. Free, ample car parking (weekday). Dined in one of various Japanese cuisine restaurants. There is also a Food Court. Visited on a Monday late afternoon and human traffic...

It is a shopping mall with leisure facilities located in Moriyama. Inside there, they have a variety of shops and restaurants as well as a cinema and other leisure facilities. Next to the food court area, I found a place that I can see the beautiful view of Biwako and the mountains around it. Visitors can spend the whole day here shopping, dining, and enjoying the view...

It's a regular shopping mall, but the differential for me is that they have some stores that other malls in this region does not have, such as H&M, Zara, Stradivarius and Bershka.
