I’ve always loved Don Quijote stores in Japan and have visited many locations, but the Otsu branch really stands out! The atmosphere here is so lively—it honestly feels more like a theme park than a store. Everywhere you look, there’s something fun and unique to see.
My favorite part is definitely the apparel section. It’s designed almost like a mini zoo, full of playful decorations and animal themes. There was even a big elephant on display, which totally surprised me!
The exterior of the building is also impressive and full of personality. I especially loved the adorable penguin riding on a fish on the door—it’s such a cute touch that makes this store unforgettable.
