I like this place... it's small yet hasn't been crowded at all in the dozen or so times I've been there. And even though small, it has enough of the US stuff we crave! The staff is helpful. Closed day is Wednesday...which is random and pointless to boot.

This commissary is much like any other except that it's about 1/4 the size. That said, the selection is smaller, prices for fresh produce are what you might expect for being overseas. No fresh deli counter or bakery but meat looks fresh and high quality. There is a full sized commissary about 15 minutes (by car)...

Small, but given the size of the US military population, appropriate. Has some things the SHA commissary doesn't and is open on when the SHA commissary is closed. Reminds me of the Misawa AB commissary of 1981. I felt as if I stepped into a time machine. Can't complain about the...
