La Ricetta — Restaurant in Zama

Delicious food and a reasonable price! The staff was very friendly. We had been going for 20 years or so but it was our first time in 5+ years. A 6 person party and 4 of us got food in 30 minutes and the other 2 people had to wait a total of 90 minutes for their food. There was no indication that we'd have to wait so long for the other two meals. If they had just told us ahead of time we might've ordered other things as we had two young kids with us. The weird part is it wasn't all that busy there so it was odd that it took so long.

The music on repeat was terrible and didn't fit the atmosphere. They used to have live music a long time ago and days they didn't they had really nice jazz music in...

Second time my husband tried taking me to this restaurant and both times we could not go in. First time, they were on vacation, which I understand and second, just like a few people here, we were told it was closed an hour after they opened because it was full and yelled at us to make a reservation, but there is no way for us to make a reservation without calling and well... We don't speak Japanese. And a whole family of 4 had left the restaurant and we got turned away. Sad this happened to us and may not be going back and not recommending for bad service. If it's a reservation only restaurant please...
