2022.12休日に利用した感想です。

14時頃から16時頃まで利用しました。15時以降は空いてくるかと思っていましたが、14時時点よりも混雑してきた為、退散しました。

普段、和泉中央の店舗を利用しておりますが、両店舗の大きな違いとして。

【しんかな】 ①軽食＋ドリンクバーがある ②ゲーム機が多い ③遊具の数が多い ④おもちゃ類は少ない

【和泉中央】 ①飲食持込可能 ②ボールプールが広い ③施設が新しい ④おもちゃ類は多い（プラレール等）

まず、軽食とドリンクバーが施設側に用意されておりますので、飲食物の持込が不可となります。水筒のお水も禁止との事で、例外は「離乳食」「ミルク」等。上記の説明は店内放送で繰り返し流れておりました。

ドリンクバー料金 大人400円\子供200円 ※水は無料で用意されていました。

和泉中央店の方が新しいので、施設の綺麗さは和泉中央に軍配が上がりますが、決して汚いとは思いませんでした。ただし、和泉中央店に関しては営業中にスタッフの方々が頻繁に清掃ならびに片付けをされていましたが、こちらの店舗では頻度が少ないように感じました。おむつ台の上に髪の毛が落ちている台が複数あったので、もう少し清掃頻度を増やして欲しいと感じました。退場・再入場の際にもカウンターの目の前に来ても、あちらから話しかける事はなく、こちらから「すいません」と声をかけて反応する状態でした。尚、仕事の話かもしれませんが、カウンター内でスタッフ３名がお話されており、こちらに気がついていない？ような状態でした。

また、砂場の砂をゲーム機にかけている子供やおもちゃを独り占めしている子供もおり、マッサージチェアは常に満席の状態だったので、放置されている親御さんが多い印象を受けました。こちらの店舗は今回が初めての利用ですが、スタッフの質と利用者のマナーに関しては和泉中央店...
