A small station on the Himi Line. Tourists can access the Amaharashi Coast via this station, which is around 15 minutes from Takaoka. There are toilets and some benches where you can wait.

目前には雨晴海岸､そして彼方には立山連峰が見渡せ､駅構内には潮の香りそして波の音が広がる｡都会の喧騒に嫌気がさしたら是非訪れると良いと思います。日頃の溜まったストレスを思いっきり"憂さ晴らし”して下さい😁きっときっと心底きときとすることでしょう｡いつまでも残しておいてもらいたい絶景の駅です｡ H30 12/22 記念スタンプ台有り。平日07:00時頃から18:00くらいまで駅員のおじさんが窓口におり記念券も買えます。但しこの券では乗車不可‼️硬券も扱っておりませんので注意。 R2...

ヨルシカの『ただ君に晴れ』のMV撮影地です！ 近くに道の駅があります。 海がすぐ近くで踏切と海と空のコントラストがとても綺麗です✨️ 遠くに立山連峰も見え、海に浮かぶ女岩(めいわ)と写真を撮る事も出来ます。

電車が1時間に1本あるかどうか…という感じなので予定をしっかり立ててから行くことをおすすめします！ 近くに道の駅がありカフェを併設しているため、時間は潰せますがその他は何も無いです

ちなみに富山駅から向かう場合、高岡駅でJR氷見線へ乗り換えますがJR氷見線はICカードが使えないため富山駅からICカードで来ている方は高岡駅で一旦改札を出てきっぷを買う必要があります。間違ってきっぷを買わずに行くと、駅員のおじさんに注意されますので気をつけてください⚠️
