Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Gusto Café, Matsuya, etc. You'll do some excercise if you want to get to the nearest station (Kichijoji/Mitaka) You'll have the best park close to you (Inokashira Park).
I know. You'll maybe try to apply to the dorm in Komaba because it's close to Shibuya, but you'll get a better and real "japanese"...
