A fun but slightly mad experience. Steaks are served on searing hot plates and continue to cook away as you eat. This is a nice concept but generates a huge amount of spray on fattier steaks. They do, thankfully, provide aprons to deal with this - although the table wipedown after each meal must be some chore! Lots of pictures as is standard in Japan. The Japanese terms for explaining how well 'done' you want your steak are loanwords so you can just tell the staff in English (repeat the words Japanese-style if they don't understand - that really does work, usually). The meat is served rare on a bed of onions on a burning piece of stone, so you can cook the meat longer to your preference, and the cooked onions are a nice bonus.
Menu has English and some waiters can speak it too, so ordering is easy for foreigners. If there is a line, they have a machine where you can queue up, but that doesn’t seem to have English on it.

Ordered the Volume Meat special and wife just had a steak.
Ordered the cheesy potatoes too, cause, that's what your do.
Service was excellent, had an English menu and a helpful waitstaff. Food was delicious and horseradish sauce was ballin'.
